RODO
Acting in accordance with Art. 13 section 1 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ .L.2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as: "RODO", we would like to inform you that the personal data administrator is Progres Partner Edyta Bakalarz, 44-100 Gliwice, ul. Zwycięstwa 10;
1. personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders in the online store and answering questions asked via the contact form;
2. the recipient of personal data will also be the courier company in the delivery of parcels purchased in our online store;
3. personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn;
4. you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding a violation of the right to personal data protection or other rights granted under the RODO.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but is a condition for concluding a contract. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the failure to process the order in the online store;
